Available as fully featured Lodge suites with bathrooms and kitchens plumbed in or as a Pod option which has access to cooking and washing facilities in a separate location close by.
Our glamping solutions will maximise potential revenue as they are fully usable 365 days a year thanks to their highly insulated design. The Firestone Rubbercover BBA certified roof comes in 1 sheet with no joins in most cases meaning no potential unwanted surprises going forward and has a life expectancy of a minimum of 50 years.
The modular design means that panels can be installed to create partitions within the build which will further enhance privacy or can be used for additional storage. Matching decking offers the option for a relaxed sundeck and the ability to install hot tub if required.
The core material is a timber hybrid product made up of 60% recycled timber and 40% recycled PVC polymer offering sustainability which can be further enhanced with the option of adding solar panels and composting toilets to build an off-grid, eco friendly space . The composite material offers an impermeable layer of protection against staining, scratching, fading and mildew.
The modular panels are incredibly tough and thanks to their clever reinforced construction will not warp or shrink like traditional timber options. Available in a combination of 6 main colours, the panels and corner posts can be mixed and matched to create feature walls.
High quality UPVC or Slimline Aluminium windows and doors offer the ability to be at one with nature with large picture windows, french doors, patio doors and bifolding doors. The security of your visitors is also a high priority with high security locking fitted as standard. Windows and doors are thermally efficient thanks to the use of low energy argon filled glass and composite spacer bars.
Due to the modular nature of the system it can be installed in some really awkward spaces as it is built on site rather than in a factory and delivered on a trailer. They can be installed on uneven ground through the use of concrete posts and treated timber base ideal for really rural sites. Installation times are fast too with our base Haughmond and Wrekin Pods built in as little as three days so you can begin your glamping journey quicker than ever.
Our base Haughmond model offers a great entry point to glamping and incredible value with prices starting at £9714 inc VAT on a supply only basis or £12,096 inc VAT installed.
Its important to do your research when it comes to planning restrictions and if glamping is taking place more than 28 days a year you would need consent for the change of use of land.
